Here is a video on Office.Microsoft.Com (http://tinyurl.com/aaorynk) showing how you can do all this cool stuff with your public web site, but I cannot do any of these things, and my Office 365 web site does not look anything like what is shown in this video. What I am doing wrong? Do I have the wrong version of Office365? I tried the small biz edition.

No access to admin settings
No use of web parts
