I'm having an issue with my o365 sharepoint sites of the search bar (document search bar) in the site and within any given subsites disappearing and reappearing at any given time. This is Office 365 for small business. It is happening on any one of the 5-6 computers we use for our business. We are using internet explorer 32 bit as recommended (but this is also doing this on 64 bit).
Things i have tried:
Clearing out cookies/cache
Resetting internet explorer
(chrome and firefox are not an option here as we cannot use chrome or firefox with our functionality inside o365).
Again this is happening on multiple computers using the latest version of internet explorer 9.0 32 and 64 bit. We are using windows 7 64 (not that this matters).
The search bar will disappear and magically reappear within the same site or subsite at any given moment. It is quite frustrating when trying to search for a document inside of a site or subsite and it being gone at random times.
Can someone please advise of the problem or help with?
