Hi,
I receive the following error when trying to activate a new office installation on a mac using an existing office365 subscription:
Sorry, there was a problem while trying to connect to your account. (Error code:0xd0000022)
Machine: macbookpro (late 2008) - OSX 10.10 Yosemite (I have the same problem when I tried previously on 10.9 Mavericks also)
My office365 account is valid and I can successfully login to the online portal.
I successfully downloaded, installed _and activated_ the norwegian language version of office for mac. It worked the first time.
However, I then decided to remove that installation to install the english language version.
I did a complete uninstall (following the guidelines on the office365 site). I then deactivated that original norwegian language installation subscription from my office365.com profile.
I then did a full install of the english language office for mac. The installation completed successfully, but when I attempt to activate with my office 365 subscription I receive the above mentioned error.
I have tried deleting and installing again - same error
Our subscription admin has deleted and regenerated my office365 account - same error.
Would appreciate some trouble shooting tips.
