Hi there,
I have a user with mac that tried to sync a SP online calendar to outlook by going to the calendar tab at the top left, then clicking "connect to outlook' and it gave her the ""This control is currently disabled, you might not have the right permission level to use this, . . . ". Everybody in our organization has access to sync the calendar though.
Does this have to do with her having a mac or could it be something else?
