Hello. I have successfully downloaded and am able to use Office on my PC, but cannot do so on my Mac, and don't understand why since I'm using the same I.D. I created another user I.D. in admin, and that does not work either. Can someone help me? I have followed the instructions and gone back to try entering the product key, but receive another message.Thank you, Alison
