I have a client with two staff that use macs. Sometime in the last two weeks they've lost connectivity to the exchange server - outlook client cannot connect (ref screenshot) and owa does not load beyond the sign-in page but just sits there trying to load.
Outlook client error is: "Outlook cannot find the server. Verify the server infotation is entered correctly in the account settings" error code -3176
Their Internet connection is fine.
I can't pinpoint when the issue started, because one person is s new starter that only started there yesterday, and the other only uses macs ocasionally. Both mac users have this issue. There are no other mac users here. Pc users do not have this issue. They can access emails ok from pc, iPhone and iPad.
