Problem with Greek text encoding on Public Folders

Hello!

I use microsoft exchange 365 on outlook 2011 for mac. I recently added public folders so I can share them to all employees.

The problem is that greek language text emails that get uploaded on a public folder cannot be read once they have been archived. This problem only happens in the body of the email and not the subject. 

Am I doing something wrong is setting up the public folders or is this a bug?
