Hi Team,
We are facing a problem with our Mac Book Air where we are not able to activate MS Office 2011.
We have tried the following steps to solve the issue, but the problem persist.Whenever i trying to activate i get the error as.
"Sorry, there was a problem while trying to connect to your account. (Error code:0x8a010101)."
Steps followed to solve the issue are
* We have changed the language and region
*We have tried with different accounts
*Uninstall and reinstall
Kindly request you to do the need full immediately.
