You guys are idiots. No this isn't a rant. You've totally screwed up Microsoft Office.

As a a Microsoft parner for 20 years or so, we find the new release of office / 365 really sad, but we're moving on to other products.  So, don't be surprised when the market has passed you by.  

We miss Bill Gates.
