In meetings using Lync 14.0.9 (on my Mac, at least), it is common to see the same person listed twice, one in presenters and once in attendees, and there is always a difference; for example:

Amy Carson Carson Amy (unidentified participant)
Anyone know how or why this happens? It seems to be the same people, and I have a feeling it's not just Mac.
