Office 2011:mac installed, Lync 14.0.9 installed all to latest patch levels (on a Macbook Pro Retina / OS X Mavericks 10.9.4) and connecting to an Office 365 enterprise account. Everything working pretty much as it should...
Except for the new OneNote 15.2 on this particular Macbook
Connectivity: Scenarios below have been tried across Corporate Intranet and home office. As all other apps are working we can eliminate connectivity issues
After installing, OneNote prompts for a valid account, I provide my Corporate AD credentials and it comes back prompting for password. After password is entered OneNote dialog pops up (in way less than a second suggesting it looks up something local rather than over the network) stating "There is a problem with your account. Please try again later." This has been ongoing for 3 days so there must be something else.
I did install the same OneNote 15.2 on my private iMac using same Corporate AD credentials and it logged in flawlessly.
Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting tips for this specific issue?
