I have a few hundred Mac users in our Office 365 environment without any issues. I have one user on a new Mac running Outlook 2011 14.4.1. The account is configured using m.outlook.com as the autoredirect to the specific mail server and we keep getting incorrect password errors. When I use the correct podxxxxx.outlook.com, I get the same error message about incorrect password.
However, I'm able to log into OWA and use Mac Mail with the same settings and log in just fine.
Any suggestions on where to start looking for troubleshooting?
