I recently started a 30 day trial of Office365 Enterprise and am having some trouble installing it on a Mac.
I've created a new user via the Admin interface, but cannot activate after downloading the software.
The error message I get is "Sorry, there was a problem while trying to
connect to your account. (Error code 0xd0000022)". I've tried creating
different accounts, and they all work on other machines.
This is what I've tried:
- Upgraded to Mavericks
- Removed Office 2011 entirely (based on KB2398768) - multiple times
- Rebooted multiple times
- Tried different Internet connections, Wifi, tethered 3G, Ethernet
- Tried a Microsoft test account provided to me via Microsoft
Please help - I'd like to use Office365 for my business (30+ users) but this initially experience is leading me to competing products.
