Mac users are unable to open a document from their document libraries and save their document changes. Once they open a document from the library, it automatically downloads, so all of their edits are being saved locally and not being uploaded to SharePoint. We have noticed this issue on both Safari and Firefox. This issue just recently started after the upgrade to SharePoint 2013. We want Mac users to open the document and edit the document successfully so their changes are saved. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? Do you know any fixes? I have started a service request with Microsoft, but have not received an answer as of yet.
