Migrated to O365 a while back. Started receiving a random pop up error in Outlook 2011 for Mac.
Mail could not be received at this time.
The server for account "server name xx"returned the error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?
Re-entering the password just pops up the same error.
I have been told it's a delay in the internet connecting to the server.
The windows team turned off the error notifications in the GPO to suppress the message.
How can we turn off the error notifications in Outlook for Mac 2011?
