Hi All,
I have Lync2011 for mac, version 14.0.7 installed to my mac running osx 10.9.1.
When I try and sign into my Office 365 Lync instance I get the following message ...
"Lync was unable to sign in. Please verify your logon credentials and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your support team."
I checked my username and password were correct and also, confirmed in advanced, the following was set: sipdir.online.lync.com:443
I have tried this on both my iMac and macbook, (both running os 10.9.1 with Lync 14.0.7 and the same issue occurs.
When I try to sign into my on premises Lync system (instead of office365), the Lync client signs in OK. Please note I am signing into the my on premises Lync via the internet from home, not at work on the local LAN.
On my macbook, I have uninstalled the Lync client a few times, deleted keychain entries, and files ... all to no avail.
I captured the logs from Lync, but I don't understand how to read them, so cannot drill into the issue.
Any advice on the issue to help me get Lync running?
