Can you lease advise best practice. I am being requested to remove office for mac 2011 standard installations from our Macs and roll out the 365 equivalent and activate the installations as each user.
We use deployment tools ARD and Casper and it is easy to uninstall, download and reinstall however when deploying this to multiple macs it will not activate or prompt for sign in.
Are we still licensed for the older installer once we have upgraded? If so can we leave the old installations in place. If not, and for new installations can this be automated in any way and prompt for activation?
