I bought computer and Office 365 at Best Buy. I used the activation key and it worked initially. this is the second time I got the error code Ox80048823. Next, it would not recognize the activation key. I failed to use my school id; used my Outlook email instead. Don't know if that is the problem, but don't know how to redo it.
