Hi there im using office 365 from the Uni of Auckland. It was working until my OS updated and rebooted my computer and now when i try to use it, it asks for reactivation. So i click on sign in to current subscription and enter my username etc.
BUUUT on the next screen it asks for a password and i've never had to key a password in, so obviously it doesn't work now. I've tried the password to my Uni account but that doesn't work either. Please help, i really need office working on my mac.
