I have noticed that my 2010 Outlook inbox only is not syncing to O365 Web Version nor my Android phone anymore. I noticed it initially on my phone a couple weeks back and thought it was something to do with google/android. However, in further investigating it is also related to my O365 web version of Outlook. It is only my inbox that is not syncing. I notice that is says connected to Microsoft Exchange, However, it also says the folder was last updated on 3/26/15. This is the only folder that says this. My sent folder, deleted etc. folders sync fine with both my phone and O365 web.
To add, when using O365 it syncs all folders properly with my phone so I realize that the phone (android) is not the issue.
I receive emails fine in Outlook, its just painful that the inbox does not sync with my other devices. So I am constantly having to delete or move emails twice. Any suggestions?
