Public Website on SharePoint Online Enterprise not working all of sudden?

What is wrong with our public website?

When I go to the main page, I'm getting the following message: An error occurred during the processing of /Pages/default.aspx. The type
initializer for 'System.Net.WebUtility' threw an exception.

Please help.
