I recently updated to Outlook 2015 from Outlook 2011. At first it worked perfectly but then Outlook began prompting me for logon credentials.
I tried removing my (365) account but when I now try to add it again, I am prompted with an logon error. My logon server returned an error: The user name is unknown or the password is wrong. The safety preferences for username and password is possibly not correct. If I then try to enter my credentials again I get the same error.
I have tried to run Outlook from a PC as well as using OWA - both works fine. I tried adding my account on another Mac running Outlook 2015 and got the same error. I've run out of troubleshooting possibilities - I hope you can help.
