We've identified an emerging issue for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for iPad users.

At this time, if you use ADFS 2.0 or ADFS 2.1 for authentication, please do not update Office for iPad to version 1.4 (December Update). We recommend that you continue to use version 1.3.

Some users are receiving the error message "There is a problem with your account, please try again later" after updating to version 1.4. We will provide more information in the Outlook for Mac and Devices Known Issues topic as soon as it's available.

Unfortunately, we have already updated to 1.4 and pushed this out to all our users, who can now no longer log in.  Is there anywhere I can download an .ipa for version 1.3? I could then roll back to this version until you have come up with a fix.
