GoDaddy Hosted Web Site and Office 365 Web Site -- Potential Conflict

Hi,

If an Office 365 subscriber keeps their domain and company web site hosted by GoDaddy.com, but decides to use the Office 365 Public Facing web site for Announcements via RSS feeds, will there be a conflict once the O365 web site is published? 

My thought is that two identical domain names would cause a conflict and one domain would override the other.
