In our corporate environment, we are deploying 365 and Outlook 365 for Windows has the ability to display our corporate email retention policy in each email. So right below the sender and subject, but before the body of the message, it says something like "Retention Policy E-Mail Policy (2 years) Expires 12/24/2016".
I've looked but cannot find a setting in the new Outlook 365 for Mac (version 15.3) to do the same thing. I doubt that client has the same ability to post the policy but I wanted to check.
