Hi,
I had to reinstall my Mac yesterday, and after reinstalling I downloaded and installed Microsoft Outlook for Mac version 15.3 from https://portal.office.com/OLS/MySoftware.aspx
The Mac is running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 at the moment.
After the install a small window pops up and it wants me to activate the application - SIGN IN TO ACTIVATE. I click the button and enter the mail address I used to log on to the portal earlier, and now it shows me the sts.mycompany.com login fields. I enter my correct user name and my password, but after clocking LOGIN it blanks the fields and I am no further.
If I enter a wrong username or a wrong password to my own username there is an error stating "The user name or passowrd is incorrect". That means I am using the correct credentials, but Outlook is not activating.
