Outlook for Mac for Office 365 - where is it?

Hi,

I've got an E3 plan and have been using Outlook for Mac 2011 along with the rest of the Office suite. I would like to use the new "Outlook for Mac for Office365" as described here - https://support.office.com/en-us/article/install-instructions-here-72977511-dfd1-4d8b-856f-405cfb76839c#BKMK_InstallMac

However when I go to my software download page the only option I have is "Install Office for Mac 2011". Are the instructions above correct - should there be a "Get Outlook for Mac" section? I am lead to believe that my E3 plan does give me access to this. Is it still a separate product or is it simply Outlook 15.3 by another name?
