Incorrect name for email replies

Unfortunately Outlook Mac 15.3 has a problem with using the wrong name in email replies.  Apparently it was also in the previous version.

Lets say you can set up a secondary email account for a stamp collecting business that you run alongside your main construction business.  You can send emails from the stamp collecting account to a friend or colleague and they appear to be correct.  So you happily go about your business and suddenly see the thread of your email subtly changes when you reply. The earlier messages pull the account name from your computer log in name,   not the email account details.  So "From: concrete<stamp@colelcting.com>" will appear in your email threads

This also happens if your mac has been used by someone else.  For instance I started sharing my wife's laptop when I  set up my own business and her name started appearing in my emails! eg  "From:  wife<husband@company.com>

There are two solutions:

1 - You need multiple accounts on one mac - Outlook looks in the contacts on the computer to fill in the names when you hit reply, if they can't be found then it defaults to your usename. So create new contacts for each of your secondary accounts, eg stamps@collecting and concrete@construction.  Then when you hit reply your concrete clients won't see your stamp company! Also if you are sharing a computer then Outlook won't use the user login name so your clients don't see your wife's name on your emails!

2- You are the only user of the mac with only one account - Click on Organise on the ribbon, click on "Me", edit to show the correct details.

This is a silly niggle and  could be solved if Outlook checked the account details in the first place.  After all if you set up an email account with a name, then why on earth does it not not use that account name?
