We have a user running the latest version of Outlook for Mac, connecting to a valid Office 365 business account. Each time she opens the new Outlook 10.10.1 after a reboot, she is asked to activate the subscription. She enters her credentials, it is accepted, but Outlook will not connect to the Office 365 Exchange Servers. She then has to close Outlook, and re-open for the synchronization and online behavior to begin. This licensing is persistent until she power off or reboots her Mac. Then she must repeat the authentication, close Outlook, and reopen to use. Running the final version of Mavericks on a 27 in iMac, 16 GB RAM.
Licensing works fine on her MacBook Pro, So we don't believe it's an account issue.
Any ideas?
