Hello,
I recently ran into problems with my incoming email not longer synchronizing. I decided to reinstall Outlook for Mac but now I am no longer able to activate the product even though I have a valid Outlook365 subscription. When I open Outlook I get the Welcome to Outlook wizard, I click on the 'get started' button and a window appears that says 'activating'. It then says "you're all set" with a green tick mark and then it shows me the following screen.
As you can see at the bottom it says "Product Activation Unknown - Offline". When click the "Send & Receive" button I get the following screen:
When I click reactivate the windows disappears but nothing happens.
Please help!
