Hi,
I am having a couple of problems with Outlook in my Office 365 Education account:
1) I can't sign in to outlook online at https://outlook.office365.com/, I get the following error message:

A mailbox couldn't be found for rohitc@xxxxxx.xxx. (Modified by moderator) If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk.

2) I can't setup up Outlook on my Mac. I'm following these instructions : "Set up Outlook for Mac 2011 to work with Office 365" from this website:
I get an error at step 10 because Outlook is unable to find the exchange server. Then I get a text field in which I need to enter the server's address. I see the following message under this text field:
"Account cannot be added. Note that Outlook 2011 requires Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 4 or later."
Would appreciate help with this.
